Informed consent/liability waiver

My clients agree to make their own choices and are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions. It is always my recommendation to seek out the advice of a licensed healthcare professional whenever they feel it is necessary in regard to their own personal health, especially with serious conditions.

Clients need to consult with their physician and get approval to attend sound healing sessions if they have metal in their bodies, suffered concussions, have a pacemaker, use an insulin pump, and the like if in doubt, consult your physician before our time together.

I consent to receive Reiki Healing or Sound Healing or Reiki and Sound Healing combined services from Nikki Sanchez/ Whispering Heart Space. In consideration for these services, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

I understand that Sound Healing and Reiki Healing releases energy that's "stuck" along our Meridian Points, which correspond to our seven major glands. It's common to experience "detox" symptoms afterwards, including headaches, dizziness, and fatigue. It's recommended to drink plenty of water before and after your session. If you experience discomfort during your session, let Nikki Sanchez/Whispering Heart Space know immediately.

I understand that Reiki and Sound Healing are complementary therapies and not a substitute for medical care. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own physical and mental well-being.

I am aware that the practitioner, Nikki Sanchez is not a licensed medical professional and does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions. The services provided are meant to support my overall wellness.

I acknowledge that Reiki Healing and Sound Healing involve the gentle laying on of hands and or the use of sound tools, and I am free to refuse or discontinue any part of the session at any time.

I agree to give consent to Nikki Sanchez to conduct a session to balance my energy system.

I understand that any suggestion made by Nikki Sanchez will be to assist my bodies, natural ability to achieve a balance state, to the extent that my body, or my highest knowing will allow.

I release Nikki Sanchez/Whispering Heart Space from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after the Reiki Healing or Sound Healing or Reiki and Sound Healing combined session.

I have stated all of my known medical conditions to Nikki Sanchez that may affect the energy healing session.


I agree that Nikki Sanchez cannot be held liable for any problems that might arise that I think could be attributed to the energy healing season. I will keep her updated on my physical, mental and emotional health if necessary.

I acknowledge that Nikki Sanchez practices for the purpose of providing mental/emotional/physical and spiritual support with multiple techniques.

I attest that I understand the nature of the session and freely elect to receive the techniques. I release Nikki Sanchez/Whispering Heart Space of

any and all claims of malpractice, non-disclosure, or lack of informed consent.

I have read and understood the terms of this informed consent, liability waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its content.
